Welcome to Chautauqua Gorge Campground! We are located in New York State between Lake Erie and Chautauqua Lake at 8054 Hannum Road, Mayville, NY.  Our campground is 45-acres of private land nestled in the forest along Chautauqua Creek (the “gorge”).  We are strategically located for easy access to the Westside Overland Trail, Snowmobile Trail, Rails-to-Trails Hiking and over a 1,000 acres of public land surrounding the property.  We are also 10 minutes from lakeside restaurants and Chautauqua Institution.

If you are looking to get some fresh air and spend time in the woods relaxing by a creek or waterfall, then Chautauqua Gorge Campground is your destination.  We offer 23 different types of campsites including cabins and RV sites with utilities, and self-contained tent sites or cabins without utilities.  We hope to see you soon!
